Midwest Utility and Pipeline Training Center Offers Gas Leak Detection Training
Barton County Community College’s Midwest Utility and Pipeline Training Center will offer Gas Leak Detection Training for utility and pipeline workers May 13-15 at the training center, located in the southwest corner of Barton’s campus.
The class will meet from 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14; and from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, May 15.
The training is provided by the college in partnership with the Southern Cross Corporation, the premier gas leak detection workforce service provider and manufacturer of electronic leak detection equipment in the United States.
Registration fee will be $485 per person. The fee includes instruction, materials, Wednesday lunch and breaks. Pre-registration is required.
